Congrats to the HS Softball Team on their win against Harrisburg in the regional semi game. They will play Anna at Anna on Saturday for the regional championship. 11am.

A Message from Frankfort CUSD #168. We will have regular dismissal and buses will run on their regular schedule today, Wednesday, May 8, 2024. If weather conditions warrant at that time, we will hold buses longer and will send a message letting everyone know that at that time.
In the meantime, due to the weather forecast, all after-school sports practices have been cancelled at all grade levels.
In addition, the after-school SOAR for all grade levels has been cancelled for today. Finally, our after-school Redbird Roost Program for which parents pick up their students WILL be in session at FIS. We will have those students until you arrange to pick them up.
These are the days for which we practice drills and safety procedures to keep our students and staff as safe as we can. We appreciate and share your concerns as we go through the afternoon and evening. Please be careful.

Students worked hard all year to earn 85 total chain links for following 1 of the 7 Habits!
Today was the final assembly and we decided to break the chain apart and each child is bringing home a small chain of the Habits they have been learning this year.
Denning Elementary has been hosting our version of American Idol in the morning before school. The competition is complete. This morning our Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd grade champs sang at our assembly. Mac Armes was chosen at 1st place, Novella 2nd place and GG, Bella Jo and Julia 3rd place! Congratulations! Shout out to Ms. Pat, Ms. Pam and Ms. Connie for organizing such a fun event and to McDonald's for donating Happy Meals to the winners!
