Congratulations on a job well done goes to the students of the FCHS Music Department pictured below, who presented their Christmas Concert Wednesday evening. They worked through unforeseen circumstances and, with the help of Mr. Bert Johnson, Mrs. Elizabeth Robinson, Mr. Danny Wilson, and Mr. Jeremy Followell, presented an entertaining evening of music.

Congrats to this weeks Papa John's Athlete of the week. We had our high school music director quit a couple of weeks ago. We have had several band students step up in this situation, along with several teachers. One student has stood out in this unique situation. She even led the high school band at our last high school boys home game. This recognition for this student is well deserved. Her, along with some other band members, has been the only constant leadership we have had at the high school for the last 4 years. Congratulations Courtney Hughes!! Redbird Nation is proud of you and appreciate all of your hard work, determination, and positivity during times of trial!
