***Students MUST turn 5, on or before September 1st, to start Kindergarten.***

Please be prepared to bring your child (new Kindergartener) to registration to be screened for Kindergarten readiness skills.

A parent and/or guardian will need a working email address to complete registration. Please know your username and password.

Gather the following documentation to bring to registration:

• Original Birth Certificate 

• Social Security Card

• Proof of Residency (Ex: Utility Bill, Driver’s License)

• Immunization Record (Due by first day of school)

• Current Physical (Due by first day of school)

• Eye Exam (Due by October 15, 2026)

• Dental Screening (Due by May 15, 2027)

• Legal, Court, or Custody Documents (if applicable)

• Medical Diagnosis Documentation (if applicable)
